Welcome to Decorisowd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital storefront, services, content, and retail purchasing systems. Throughout this agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Decorisowd” refer to the store operator, while “you,” “user,” “customer,” and “purchaser” refer to any individual or entity browsing the platform, registering an account, or placing an order.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any merchandise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, alongside all operational guidelines incorporated herein. If you do not agree with any provision set forth in this document, you must discontinue using our services and refrain from completing transactions.

1. Eligibility and User Representation

By interacting with Decorisowd, you certify and represent that:

  • You have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or you are accessing the platform under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and satisfy all obligations defined within these terms.
  • All registration data, billing addresses, and payment details supplied during transactions are current, accurate, and complete.
  • Your utilization of this site does not violate any applicable regional, domestic, or federal laws, ordinances, or regulations.

2. Digital Storefront, Catalog, and Pricing

We make reasonable commercial efforts to display the colors, specifications, dimensions, and visual characteristics of our merchandise as accurately as possible. However, the visual rendition of goods may vary depending on screen display settings, lighting, or device calibration. Decorisowd does not warrant that physical items will precisely mirror monitor displays in color saturation or minute aesthetic details.

All prices displayed across our platform are quoted in currency valid for the transaction territory and exclude shipping, handling fees, and applicable sales or value taxes unless explicitly marked otherwise. Decorisowd reserves the unilateral right to revise pricing, correct typographical errors, update product descriptions, or discontinue catalog items at any time without prior notification. In the event an item is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to technical or clerical error, we maintain the explicit right to cancel or decline any order placed for such product, irrespective of whether the transaction was initially authorized.

3. Order Placement, Verification, and Contract Formation

The display of goods on our storefront constitutes an invitation to treat rather than a binding legal offer. When you submit an order through our checkout procedure, your submission constitutes a formal offer to purchase the specified items under these terms.

Upon receipt of your order, an automated email acknowledging the transaction details will be dispatched to your designated contact address. This electronic acknowledgment does not signify our legal acceptance of your purchase offer. A binding contract of sale is formalized only when the goods are physically dispatched from our fulfillment center and a dispatch confirmation containing package tracking information is transmitted to you. We reserve the authority to reject, cancel, or place volume caps on any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory unavailability, suspected unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity, or discrepancies in billing credentials.

4. Payment Processing, Authorization, and Taxes

Payment must be authorized and cleared in full prior to order preparation and shipment. Decorisowd supports authorized major payment networks, credit cards, debit cards, and established electronic payment solutions. By entering your payment credentials, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment instrument and grant permission to Decorisowd and its certified third-party payment processors to charge the comprehensive order balance, including merchandise costs, applicable sales taxes, freight, and insurance.

Sales, excise, and consumption taxes are dynamically evaluated and collected at checkout in accordance with legal requirements mandated by regional tax authorities based on the delivery destination. If your chosen payment provider refuses or fails to authorize your transaction, we shall not be held liable for any consequent shipment delay or order non-fulfillment.

5. Shipping Schedules, Transfer of Risk, and Title

Decorisowd ships merchandise to designated physical delivery addresses within our supported service regions. Standard and expedited delivery timeframes displayed on our platform are estimations provided for convenience and cannot be treated as guaranteed arrival deadlines. Delivery intervals may be subject to carrier disruptions, customs clearances, adverse weather events, or high-volume carrier backlog.

Title to the purchased products and risk of loss or physical damage to the merchandise pass to you immediately upon our transfer of the package to the commercial courier or shipping carrier at our fulfillment depot. Decorisowd is not responsible for packages stolen, damaged, or delayed after delivery has been verified by carrier tracking records, though we will assist customers in good faith to initiate carrier inquiries or claims where applicable.

6. Returns, Exchange Protocols, and Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within thirty (30) days from the verifiable delivery date, subject to the following prerequisites:

  • Merchandise must remain in its original, unused, unwashed, and unblemished condition, containing all manufacturer packaging, protective wrappers, tags, labels, and manuals intact.
  • Items marked as final clearance, customized goods, intimate products, perishable articles, or gift cards are strictly excluded from return eligibility.
  • The customer must initiate a formal return merchandise request via our designated support channels to receive return instructions and authorization.
  • Return freight expenses remain the customer’s sole responsibility, unless the return arises directly from our verifiable fulfillment error or a documented manufacturing defect identified upon arrival.

Upon physical arrival of the returned product at our intake warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item within seven (7) business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take between five (5) to ten (10) business days to post to your financial statement.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

While utilizing the services of Decorisowd, you agree to conduct yourself in an lawful manner. You expressly agree not to:

  1. Deploy crawlers, automated bots, scrapers, data-mining algorithms, or extraction tools to gather store data, customer reviews, or inventory metrics without written permission.
  2. Engage in conduct that disrupts the performance, operational integrity, or security framework of our server infrastructure or associated third-party networks.
  3. Impersonate any natural person, entity, business associate, or administrative representative of Decorisowd.
  4. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass security barriers, access control protocols, or authentication systems.
  5. Utilize fraudulent credit cards, fabricated customer data, or illicit financial mechanisms to purchase products.
  6. Transmit offensive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful materials through any user review, form, or feedback communication mechanism.

8. Intellectual Property Protections

All content present across the Decorisowd ecosystem—including but not limited to text copy, graphic assets, product photography, logos, interface architecture, icon sets, digital audio, and underlying software code—is the proprietary property of Decorisowd, its affiliates, or licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Nothing within these Terms and Conditions grants you any license, ownership, or right to duplicate, publish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any store materials without our explicit prior written authorization.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all goods, retail services, digital storefront features, and customer support channels provided by Decorisowd are furnished on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any variety, whether express, statutory, or implied.

Decorisowd expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, and those arising out of course of dealing or commercial trade usage. We do not represent or guarantee that our digital storefront will operate uninterrupted, without error, free of malware or defects, or that defects will be promptly corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Decorisowd, its corporate officers, directors, employees, suppliers, or logistics partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data corruption, operational downtime, or procurement costs of substitute goods) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our storefront, catalog items, or fulfillment services, even if Decorisowd was advised of the likelihood of such occurrences.

To the maximum extent permitted by governing statutes, the cumulative, aggregate liability of Decorisowd for any claim, cause of action, or dispute related to an order or usage of the service shall strictly not exceed the total monetary sum actually remitted by you to Decorisowd for the specific product or order giving rise to such legal claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decorisowd, its parent enterprises, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, settlements, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or resulting from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our platform, your violation of any third-party rights, or your violation of applicable statutory laws.

12. Dispute Resolution, Mandatory Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Before initiating any formal legal dispute, both you and Decorisowd agree to first engage in informal negotiation in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days to resolve any grievance. Informal notices should be submitted to our customer service department.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, our platform, or any transaction shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by an established, neutral dispute resolution organization, rather than in a court of general jurisdiction. You understand that arbitration replaces the right to go to court and waives the right to a trial before a judge or jury.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Decorisowd agree that each party may bring claims against the other solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall possess no authority to consolidate multiple claims or preside over representative or class hearings.

13. Severability and Complete Agreement

If any clause, section, or sentence of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court possessing competent jurisdiction, such invalid provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force, validity, and legal effect. These Terms constitute the complete and unified agreement between you and Decorisowd concerning your platform engagement and retail purchases.

14. Amendments to Terms

Decorisowd reserves the authority to modify, replace, or refine these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Any revision will become effective immediately upon public posting on this page, accompanied by an updated “Effective Date” header. Your continued navigation of our storefront or placement of orders following the posting of changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated conditions.
