By confirming an order or remitting funds through our platform, you unequivocally agree to adhere to the provisions described herein.

1. Geographic Coverage and Fulfillment Locations

Decorisowd processes and fulfills orders across standard residential and business destinations within the contiguous territory, as well as qualifying non-contiguous regions subject to carrier availability. Certain specialized services or bulky items may face transit restrictions based on municipal access rules, regional carrier infrastructure, or security limitations applicable to military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) and post office storage boxes.

• Primary Delivery Territories: Standard ground, expedited, and scheduled parcel dispatch are supported across standard service areas.
• Extended and Remote Addresses: Deliveries targeted to non-standard geographic destinations, remote freight routes, or maritime offshore hubs may necessitate modified delivery schedules and supplementary conveyance surcharges, which will be disclosed during checkout.
• Address Authenticity: Buyers bear full legal and operational responsibility for furnishing accurate, fully complete, and deliverable address profiles. Shipments returned due to address discrepancies, unannounced absences, or carrier refusal remain subject to return logistics assessments.

2. Processing Windows, Dispatch, and Logistics Timelines

Order execution constitutes two distinct operational phases: order processing and freight transit. Decorisowd takes all reasonable operational actions to adhere to estimated schedules, acknowledging that unforeseen carrier interventions, weather anomalies, and force majeure events may impact precise dates.

1. Warehouse Processing: All orders undergo strict verification and inventory allocation within one to three business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory non-working holidays). Submissions placed during weekend intervals begin administrative processing on the immediately following business day.
2. Standard Transit Service: Under regular ground transit networks, parcels generally achieve final delivery within three to seven business days following carrier dispatch.
3. Expedited Dispatch Options: Customers selecting prioritized freight tiers can expect an accelerated transit interval of one to three business days post-processing, relying on dedicated regional air or direct linehaul routes.
4. Tracking and Chain of Custody: Upon shipment allocation, an automated electronic notification containing transit tracking data is transmitted to the purchaser's verified contact coordinates. The recorded transfer to the carrier establishes documented custody exchange.

3. Delivery Costs, Taxes, and Supplementary Assessments

Calculations for shipping tariffs are determined dynamically based on the total volumetric dimensions, aggregated weight, chosen conveyance speed, and final geographic destination of the items ordered.

All relevant delivery fees are calculated, displayed, and incorporated into the definitive balance due prior to the binding submission of payment. In regions requiring the collection of statutory transaction taxes, excise, or local sales fees, those statutory line items are accounted for and visibly declared during checkout. Decorisowd assumes no liability for additional municipal holding levies or localized access fees charged by third-party facilities not included in the standard carrier bill of lading.

4. Permissible Methods of Payment and Transaction Security

To deliver maximum security and convenience, Decorisowd accepts an array of compliant, heavily encrypted payment instruments. Transaction clearance takes place through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways that employ multi-layered tokenization and cryptographic protocols.

• Major Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Transaction settlements require standard bank pre-authorization, card verification value (CVV) authentication, and billing postal code match via the Address Verification System (AVS).
• Digital Wallets and Verified Gateways: Digital payment facilities, including recognized single-click digital wallets and encrypted merchant payment systems, are processed through their respective encrypted application layers.
• Pre-Payment Requirements: Complete fulfillment and warehouse release actions commence exclusively following irreversible financial clearance from the purchaser's issuing banking organization. 5. Transfer of Title, Delivery Verification, and Loss Allocation

Title to ordered merchandise, together with the corresponding risk of damage, loss, or destruction, transfers to the consumer upon successful physical handover by the transport carrier to the designated drop-off address. Decorisowd works collaboratively with freight partners to secure verified proofs of delivery, including geo-stamps, courier electronic signatures, or photo confirmations where available.

In occurrences involving parcel disruption, missing items, transit trauma, or suspected misdelivery:

• Transit Discrepancies: The purchaser must notify Decorisowd customer support within five business days of the projected delivery window or official marked delivery confirmation.
• Packaging and Physical Damage: In the event a package arrives noticeably crushed, torn, or compromised, detailed visual documentation (photographs of exterior containers and internal damage) must be retained to permit prompt formal investigation with the logistics carrier.
• Refusal of Delivery: Unwarranted refusal of undamaged parcel shipments without prior written coordination may incur restocking charges and deductions for bidirectional transit expenses.

6. Transaction Data Processing and Protection Standards

Financial and logistical personal data procured during the ordering cycle is handled in strict compliance with applicable commercial consumer privacy rules. Decorisowd utilizes this specific information exclusively to perform order fulfillment, mitigate deceptive commercial conduct, process refunds, and satisfy regulatory auditing mandates.

We enforce rigorous internal access controls, data minimization directives, and operational encryption across all servers. Financial card data is never maintained in plain text on Decorisowd web infrastructure; instead, it is handled exclusively by tokenized payment infrastructure partners bound by comprehensive nondisclosure and data handling protocols.
